I agree with "knowledgeable", but I think I'd go further than that. You don't just sit on your laurels after learning the bare minimum, and knowledge is more than just a tool for you. ...Intellectual, then.

Blunt. Which can make you abrasive, but I think it can be really helpful, too - you cut through all the crap, and get to the heart of things, and...sometimes people really need that.

Kind. Which isn't always the same as nice. But you care a lot about people, I think, even the ones who annoy you.
